Blueberry Protein Pancake Recipe

Who doesn’t love a good pancake?

With this recipe, you can have the best of both worlds. Healthy protein and fruit in your fluffy, buttery, syrupy pancake.




2 scoops      Life Energizing Shake – Plain & Simple Vegan

2 whole       Eggs

1/3 cup        Milk

1/4 tsp         Baking soda

1/4 tsp         Vanilla extract



  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Cook on a lightly coated griddle
  3. Serve with fruit and/or syrup
