With this recipe, you can have the best of both worlds. Healthy protein and fruit in your fluffy, buttery, syrupy pancake.
2 whole Eggs
1/3 cup Milk
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Cook on a lightly coated griddle
- Serve with fruit and/or syrup
