Prevention.com  and Women’s Health Magazine produced a cool video presenting research on what coffee does to the human body. It was pretty interesting.

Contrary to what you might believe, coffee actually has been shown to do some positive things for people.

Lower Depression

Four or more daily cups of coffee was linked to 20% lower depression.

Improved Memory

Two daily cups of coffee was linked to improved long-term memory.

Lower Cancer Risk

Three or more daily cups of coffee was linked to a significantly lower skin cancer risk.

Improved Blood Flow

Two to three daily cups of coffee was linked to improved blood flow and function.

Liver Disease Protection

Two or more daily cups of coffee was shown to protect against liver disease.

Improved Stamina

Three to four cups of coffee per hour before a workout was shown to increase stamina.

Lower Diabetes Risk

Six or more cups of coffee per day was shown to lower type-2 diabetes risk by 33 percent.
